YOUR FACILITATOR
This practice is facilitated by Amanda, a somatic practitioner and creative guide working with embodied awareness, movement, breath and voice.
Her work focuses on creating simple, regulated containers where people can practice presence without pressure to perform, explain or share personal stories.
This space reflects a practice-first approach: guided, attentive and intentionally non-therapeutic.
